Initially we provide a Basic 3D digital model which helps the customer visualise the exterior and interior walls, roof, floors, doors and windows. Models representing large furniture items, storage areas, and bathrooms are also created to help the customer fully appreciate the available space. This 3D model is largely based on 2D dimensioned drawings provided by the customer.
By including some of the features shown in the list below, this becomes the Enhanced 3D digital model. The level of enhancement will be agreed with the customer, but by understanding the customer’s needs we can advise which enhancements are necessary. Priority will be given to using the enhanced model to help the customer make informed design decisions and avoid costly mistakes. These decisions become much easier when you can clearly see the consequences of making changes.
Please note: Models must not be used as a substitute for drawings provided by architects which provide the specification for Planning and Building control approval.

About PrePlan 3D
We are a family business with over 40 years of experience in Aerospace Design which includes 27 years in 3D digital design technologies.
22 years ago, we designed and built our home, using 3D software.
Available information is used to develop an accurate 3D digital model for visualisation, analysis and visual reporting. Architecture (exterior, interior and landscape) can be modelled.
The output can be presented by various methods to meet customer needs. Virtual reality with headset and/or large screen in our studio. Walk/fly thru video, and still image files can be supplied in formats to suit customer’s hardware. Images produced include floorplans, elevations, cut-away views, exploded views, etc.
This project was part-funded under Priority 6 (Leader) of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, and the European Union.
